Monitor Arm FAQs

How do I know if my monitor has VESA holes?
Look for four screw holes in a square on the back of the monitor. Most arms here fit 75 x 75mm or 100 x 100mm patterns. Some large Samsung ultrawides need the VESA adaptor supplied in the box.

Clamp or grommet: which do I need?
A clamp grips the edge of the desk with no drilling. A grommet mount goes through a hole in the desk. Most desk-mounted arms include both.

What desk thickness do the clamps fit?
It varies by model, typically from 10mm up to 45–88mm. Each product page lists the exact range.

Gas spring or mechanical spring?
Both counterbalance the screen so it moves easily and stays where you put it. Either way, check your screen's weight is inside the arm's rated range.

Will it hold an ultrawide like the Samsung Odyssey G9?
Choose an arm rated for 49 inch or larger and for at least the weight of your monitor without its stand. The ultrawide arms are rated to 20kg, and the 57 inch arms to 27kg flat or 22kg curved.
