How much weight can a single monitor arm hold?

It depends on the model. Standard 17–32 inch arms hold 7–9kg, the 49 inch ultrawide arms hold 20kg, and the 57 inch arms hold 27kg flat or 22kg curved. Weigh your monitor without its stand and choose an arm rated above that figure.

Which VESA patterns fit?

Every arm here fits 75 x 75mm and 100 x 100mm. The Super Heavy-Duty 57 inch arm also fits 100 x 200, 200 x 100 and 200 x 200mm with the included adaptors.

What if my desk can't take a clamp?
