Wall-Mounted Monitor Arms and Workstations

1. Start with the wall, not the arm

A wall arm transfers the full screen weight into the wall through its fixing plate. Confirm the wall construction and use appropriate fixings for masonry, timber studs or a solid substrate.

2. Choose an arm or a full workstation

An arm alone suits a desk you already have. A wall-mounted workstation replaces the desk at that position, carrying the screen and a height-adjustable keyboard tray together. That suits clinics, workshops and compact rooms where floor space is at a premium.

3. Check the height range and load

Confirm the arm's vertical travel suits seated use, and that its weight rating covers your screen. The workstation models are rated for screens from 17 to 43 inch.
