• Shipping costs are calculated by the size and weight of the product and your location.
• All Items will be shipped from our warehouse in Victoria within 48 business hours after full payment has been received and stock is available.
• We use Australia Post to ship most items except certain large items will be shipped by Courier.
• Please provide your best contact phone number with your order in case the courier driver needs to contact you upon delivery.
• You will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking number after item is dispatched.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery of the product.
• In the unlikely event that a problem should occur, please contact us first, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.

Returns Policy

At Ergox, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

• You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

• We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

• You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Starting a Return

• Goods must be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
• Goods arriving damaged due to poor packaging or misuse will not be accepted.
• Buyer is responsible for the return costs.
• Ergox cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during return transit.

Warranties

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Most of our goods come with manufacturer's warranty against defects. Please refer to the product description for the warranty period. Within the warranty period, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a MAJOR problem. This is when the item:

• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
• Is unsafe.
• Is significantly different from the sample or description.
• Doesn't do what we said it wouldn't or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is NOT MAJOR, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

When you are NOT entitled to a refund or exchange

You are not entitled to a refund or exchange if you:

• Changed your mind and no longer want the product
• Ordered the wrong product
• Found the product cheaper elsewhere
• Found a better product elsewhere
• Were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product (such as if the fault was written on the product's tag, or for online purchases, indicated in any photos or descriptions of the item online)
• Damaged the product due to misuse, accident or neglect
• Used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
