Returns Policy

At Ergox, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

  • You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Goods must be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
  • Goods arriving damaged due to poor packaging or misuse will not be accepted.
  • Buyer is responsible for the return costs.
  • Ergox cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during return transit.
